 The studios of Michael Bird have been firmly ensconced in Lismore City since shifting from Sydney in January 2003. We include in our portfolio an array of advertising and promotional literature, point-of-sale, corporate and packaging design built up over more than two decades from working with a diverse range of clients and briefs. We enjoy our work. Michael Bird is a drawing-board-trained graphic design graduate of the Enmore Design Centre, Sydney and still maintains a scalpel and a clutch pencil or two. Michael lectured in Typographic Design and Business Communication at the School over a 4 year period during the late 1980s. Michael is also an Architectural Drafting graduate and during the 70s, worked in that discipline in both Sydney and London. This background is reflected in the technical illustration and literature displayed in the portfolio. Michael Bird is a member of the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA), runs the occasional trivia night and every now and then enjoys playing a little swing jazz on a tarnished trombone.
